Payment Methods If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site you may do so by contacting us directly by email or phone. We currently do not accept any payments by credit card either on site or over the phone, all credit card payments must be made through paypal. Obviously cash is accepted, bank cheques and personal cheques are accepted. No items will be handed over until full payment has been made. Shipping We will always prefer pick ups and we do understand that interstate people would also like to buy our products, we will post any item to anywhere in australia, we will use Australia Post where possible, bigger and heavier items will be sent by Pac and Send, Fastway Couriers and Hunter Transport, all delivery costs are payable by the purchaser. Privacy Policy Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order. Warranty All of our speaker related parts have a 5 year manufacturers warranty, this covers any defect of the product. All of our inhouse repairs come with a 5 year warranty, this covers
all workmanship repairs. Warranty does not cover burnt out voice coils, damage or
misuse by the owner. All of our second hand speakers come with a 30 day
warranty, all other electronics have a 14 day warranty, these items must be sent back to us for an appraisal thus
repair, exchange or refund can occur. All prices are GST inclusive. All of our electronic repairs are done by our friends at Watson Electronics. |
